The short version: what delivery costs, when it is free and how you pay. No asterisks, no fine print.
Pickup — free
The simplest way: collect your order at al. Grunwaldzka 69 in Gdańsk, Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00. You can smell the leaves and ask us anything while you are here.
Delivery in Poland
- InPost parcel locker — 14.99 zł, 1–3 working days
- Courier — 19.99 zł, 1–3 working days
- Orders over 150 zł ship free — locker and courier alike
We pack your parcel on the day we weigh the tea — it does not sit in a warehouse.
Delivery to EU countries
We ship with DPD courier:
- Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania — 69 zł, 2–5 working days
- Austria, Hungary, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia, Slovenia, Croatia — 95 zł, 3–6 days
- Other EU countries — 129 zł, 4–8 days
Payment
Online you can pay by BLIK or card. In the shop: card, BLIK, cash or Apple Pay — whatever suits you.
Returns
You have 14 days to return your order. Message us before sending it back — +48 799 059 486 — and we will sort out the details.
